Initial Comment:
If tabs are rearranged using drag and drop, the internal file list representation doesn't seem to be changed.

After closing and re-opening rkward, the tabs/files are in the old order again (like before they were rearranged).

Should be fixed in SVN rev. 2951.

Note that the file list still does not save when windows were detached,
but we have a separate wish-list item for that.
