Initial Comment:
Try:  Workspace browser > package:utils > install.packages > right click > view .
Result:  The "Usage:" line is very long, and the minimum window size becomes much larger than the screen.

For bonus points, do it while the window is maximized and watch the window manager and RKWard fight over the window size.
