Message:
This is unlikely to be a bug in RKWard. Looks more like a mix of
incompatible installed versions of R and package Hmisc. It seems the Hmisc
package (installed at /home/mhudson/R/) was compiled with a different
version of R than you are running inside RKWard.
Probably you should first try
R CMD REMOVE -l /home/mhudson/R Hmisc
to get rid of that broken Hmisc package. If needed, you can now re-install
the Hmisc package from inside RKWard.
Should problems persist, please provide the following information:
1. Does "library(Hmisc)" work in a plain R session (outside of rkward)?
2a. What is the output of ".libPaths()" in a plain R session
2b. in the R Console of RKWard?
3a. What is the output of "R.version" in a plain R session
3b. in the R Console of RKWard?
Regards
Thomas
