Summary: Extend the "help search"-functionality

Hello,

the "help search"-functionality doesn't search in the doc/ folder of the installed modules. These doc/ folders contains a lot of information about how to use the specific R module. 

So it would be nice if "help search"-functionality search this doc/ folders too.
