Summary: Add option to keep command in history for Control-L only

Initial Comment:
Hi Thomas,

I suppose I should have spoken up earlier so that this feature could be included in the new release. I think the best of all worlds would be if commands were kept in the command history if I do Control-L to paste in one line but not to put the commands in the command history if I do F8 or F9 to send a chunk of commands or all commands to R. Right now, I cannot decide whether to keep all the piped commands in the command history or none of them, and I am sure other people have different opinions. So, maybe it would be best to add a box to Help->Configure Rkward->Console for each of Control-L, F8, and F9 asking whether to keep the command in the command history for each action.

Thanks,
Ben Goodrich

Hi Ben,

we had talked some about this on the mailing list, but then went with the
simpler solution for now. I guess it might be added later due to popular
demand. Don't hold your breath, however, as right now I'm busy porting to
KDE4.
