Summary: Improving usability of the execute-current-line command

Initial Comment:
For debugging purposes it would be nice if the cursor would jump into the next line after sending the current line to R.

Furthermore there is the fact that if you split a command into multiple lines you get the error message that Konsole is busy. This is kind of annoying.

For example,

a <- list("foo"    = 1,
          "bar"    = 2,
          "foobar" = 3)

can't be executed line-by-line, so you have to copy-paste the remaining lines yourself.

Both done.

If you like, you can do some testing for this in the SVN version
(http://rkward.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php?title=RKWard_SVN).

Thanks for pointing this out.
