Summary: Support for multiple consoles

Initial Comment:
Theoretically, there could be many consoles all 
working on the same workspace. Main challenge: 
Integrate this into the GUI nicely.

One idea I hade way merging the main console with the 
command log. However, one advantage of the command 
log over a console is that commands get shown only 
when they are really executed, not when they are 
stacked up. Maybe it could still be done via some 
improvements in the console, or in a dedicated 
subclass of RKConsole.
