Summary: installed packages remain in temp-dir

Initial Comment:
When downloading/installing packages, the 
packages remain in the download-dir even after 
successful installation. That means, they get 
reinstalled again on the next installation-run. 
These packages should instead (per user 
option) be moved to an archive-dir.
