Initial Comment:
When the user types help (function) in the  
RConsole (or the help-command is run from  
some other place), a standard help-window 
should be opened in rkward, just as it is using 
the rkward help search. 
What needs to be done is  
a) override R-function help (). 
b) provide handling for a corresponding 
REvalRequest in RInterface.h.
