Summary: Show status indication when retrieving context help

Initial Comment:
When retrieving context help (command editor, 
or console), some sort of status indication 
should probably be shown, as it may take some 
time for status help to actually display. 
Further, and more importantly, if retrieving 
context help fails (no word under cursor, or no 
help found), there should be a message.
