Summary: configuration option for showing hidden vars

Initial Comment:
Hidden variables should be shown in 
varselectors and the workspace browser 
depending on a configuration option. Also it 
might be helpful to add an RMB-option to toggle 
this setting on the fly.

While we're at it, we might want to add options for 
which fields (label/type/class) get shown by default. 
Further, RKSettings should be converted to inherit 
from KDialog.
