RKWard | Enhancements to code completion / call hinting (#19)

- Extract some info from help pages for callhints (start of description). When typing argument names (try to) show the help section for the relevant argument.
- Query R for completions, too. These may be a bit slower to pop up, and will not have type info, but is more complete esp. for argument names.
