macOS nightly builds also broken

hi,

the latest successful build of RKWard for macOS was 7 months ago:

  https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/RKWard_Nightly_macos/

from the logs builds seems to fail because of an unsupported tar option:

  01:09:26  tar: Option --owner=0 is not supported

i suspect the build system runs macOS' BSD tar instead of GNU tar, so the 
issue might not be directly caused by RKWard at all.

what are the options? drop "--owner=0 --group=0 --numeric-owner" and add a 
chown call or somhow make GNU tar available?
