"Activity" notifications on the RKWard mailing lists

Hi!

As many of you will be aware, there are several mailing lists for
RKWard out there:

- RKWard-users - for user support and announcements
- RKWard-devel - for discussion of development
- RKWard-tracker - high volume read-only mailing list for additional
notifications. Importantly notifications for (automated) build
  failures and commit notifications

Those few subscribed to rkward-tracker will have noted that
commit-notifications have been broken since KDE.org has switched the
git infrastructure to gitlab. Fortunately a very flexible replacement
notification system - the "Activity Filter" - is available.

Sysadmin (sensibly) requests that activity notifications sent to mailing
lists are discussed on the lists in question at least 72-hours before
implementing the notification rules. So here's what I would like to set
up:

- RKWard-users - no automated notifications
- RKWard-devel - notifications for:
  - bugs reported/dicussed for rkward (already sent to the list, but the
mechanism behind the scenes may be subject to change)
  - tasks reported/dicussed for rkward (these are the "Issues" on
invent.kde.org, intended for tracking development tasks, not bugs)
  - tasks for https://invent.kde.org/websites/rkward-kde-org (new)
  - tasks for https://invent.kde.org/tfry/rkward-ppa-support (new)
  - merge requests for the above three repositories
- RKWard-tracker - notifications for:
  - automated build failures (unchanged)
  - commits to the main repository (replacing the old notifications)
  - commits to https://invent.kde.org/websites/rkward-kde-org (new)
  - commits to https://invent.kde.org/tfry/rkward-ppa-support (new)
  - and - assuming this is possible - commits to
    https://invent.kde.org/packaging/craft-blueprints-kde, limited to
    the path extragear/rkward

Any objections?

Regards
THomas
