SUMMARY
debug file "rkward.frontend" said:

Couldn't start kuiserver from org.kde.kuiserver.service:
QDBusError("org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown", "The name is not
activatable")
Shortcut for action  "output_refresh" "Reload" set with QAction::setShortcut()!
Use KActionCollection::setDefaultShortcut(s) instead.

1. Type for example ?help in R console 

OBSERVED RESULT
Keep showing Transferring dialog
