shortcuts inactive

hi,

probably due to the latest fix to not activate the projects view 
automatically, when i open an R script file via file browser, the shortcuts 
for R scripts are not enabled until i activate the editor window.

that is, pressing <shift>+<ctrl>+<enter> doesn't run the script, but adds a 
newline.
