first draft of an RMarkdown export plugin

hi,

here's what i've done so far:

 (URL is valid for seven days)

it's an rkwarddev script, and you'll need the latest development snapshot from 
GitHub because i found & fixed some issues along the way:

 library(devtools)
 install_github("rkward-community/rkwarddev", ref="develop")

then just run the script, the plugin should be up and running once it's done.

i'm open to suggestions what's missing most or should be done totally 
different.
