SUMMARY
Unstable order of menu items under "Settings": "Manage R packages and
plugins..." and "Configure RKWard..." are ordered alphabetically, thus they can
go in different orders in different localizations.

EXPECTED RESULT
Please set a fixed order, e.g. "Configure RKWard..." may always be the last
item in the Settings menu.
