Problem with 0.7.0 on Windows

Well, I ran into that problem, today, myself, and this is now fixed
(not in a binary, yet, but to be expected, soon). It was a problem with
Qt needing to be asked extra-politely to not cheat when reporting
whether a directory on an NTFS filesystem is writable.
