links to plugin docs broken

no, it's only the online link that works. the local link is like dead -- no 
error, it just does nothing. i also noticed that when i try to open the local 
docs via that link (which fails) and then open the "RKWard for R users" page, 
the "go back" button does not work any longer, whereas if i visit 
"RKWard for R users" fist it works perfectly fine. this is reproducable.

could it be ti works for you because you're running a local build (i.e., dows 
it also work in a VM with an ubuntu PPA package installation)?
