add button to file browser to open working directory

oh, sorry: i meant that if you hit "change to script directory" (which invokes
a setwd() call), the location shown in the file browser should also be
updated.
but thinking about it, that's just a special case of what i am actually
looking for. that is, keeping the file browser in sync with the current
working directory and vice versa. that's not something everybody would want or
even expect, so it would have to be configurable (both options). but i would
love it, because i hate to use setwd() all the time to set the working
directory to the place where i'm actually working at the moment, and i'm
constantly changing between packages a lot.
making the file browser "follow" to the new working directory when setwd() is
being called could be good default. but the other way around could be rather
harmful if people don't expect it, but i would definitely use it if it was
possible.
