RMarkdown integration

what i mean by that is something similar to the "run all" button we have for R 
code. it would dynamically change from "HTML" when you see the Rmd code to 
"RMarkdown" when the HTML is shown, and using it would toggle the appearance 
of the current tab. that is, you write some Rmd script (for RKWard to know 
that even without saving a new "create" option could be helpful) and get an 
"HTML" button in the menu. clicking it would immediately render the current 
state of the script -- saved or not -- to HTML and replace both the tab with 
the read-only output and the button with "RMarkdown" to get back to the actual 
script. the R code to execute for this is just the two or three calls 
mentioned earlier.

when you think about it, this could potentially replace the additional preview 
window section we've added to some dialogs, because you could then just toggle 
the appearance of the code preview section.
