RKWard 0.7.0b adds missing translations

Hi!

Unfortunately, we discovered a bit too late that the RKWard 0.7.0
packages did not install any translation files. This has been addressed
in RKWard 0.7.0b, available, immediately.

If you are running RKWard untranslated, there is no need to update, as
there have been no further changes. Otherwise, and especially, if you
are packaging RKWard for further distribution, please get RKWard 0.7.0b
from https://rkward.kde.org .
