back from DGPs 2016

hi,

well, that was a very nice conference :-)

the organisers placed our presentation in one of the largest rooms, it was 
attended by about 80 persons and from the feedback i got i'd say it went 
extremely well. from the number of 50 USB flash drives we prepared you can see 
that this number clearly exceeded our expectations.

the feedback was very positive and i also already received e-mails with 
follow-up questions. a short summary:

- how do you start RKWard on windows 10 with german localisation? (are there 
known issues with this?)
- would we please add a plugin for structural equation models? (namely lavaan, 
asked for by multiple people)
- can we ad more elaborate recode features to the data.frame editor (like the 
recode-into-new-variable feature of SPSS, including "if" conditions)
