"rename" option in context menu

done, but only in the frameworks/KF5 branch. Surprisingly, there is no
ready-rolled action to just plug into the menu. And while it is easy
enough to implement, this is a kind of change that just causes grief
when merging from master to frameworks.

(Besides, what's a better way to trick you into testing the frameworks
branch?)
