rk.ANOVA / ezANOVA not working...

Hi Aaron,

I will yet have to diagnose this problem, but here is a workaround that
worked for me (on Yosemite):

1. rm -rf .rkward/library
2. Start up the "plain" version of R, use install.packages ("ez"),
there.
2b. If this does not work, do options(menu.graphics=FALSE). and try
again.
3. Start RKWard and library (ez) now works.
