kf5: import SPSS dialog broken

hi,

another new problem: the SPSS import dialog adds "file://" as a prefix to 
files chosen via the file browser which then produces a "file not found" error 
(both for previews and the actual import). i'm not sure if this is something 
that changed in read.spss()? running the command without the "file://" prefix 
works fine.
