rkward.desktop vs rkward-open.desktop

hi alan,

thanks for contacting us. rkward.desktop is the application launcher that 
should appear in the menu.

rkward-open.desktop on the other hand is used to connect RKWard to MIME types 
of certain R files, e.g., so you can open an *.R file directly with RKWard. it 
should not appear separatley in the menu (i don't see it on kubuntu 14.04).

what versions of RKWard, debian and what desktop environment are you using?
