Oops. I messed up the graphical option, indeed. In fact, if you go back to
settings, you will see that your custom CSS-file setting has simply been
forgotten. Will fix, soon.

Workaround until a fix is released: Add
   options ("rk.output.css.file"="whatever.css")
to Settings->R Backend->Further (option) commands...
