[rkward-devel] R console bug?

hi,

i just stumbled accross a small issue with the R console in RKWard. i guess.

i typed in a command, but instead of <enter> i accidently hit <ctrl>+<enter> 
and was asked whether the command should be appended etc.

the i chose "reset then execute", and RKWard just printed an empty line and 
didn't execute the command.

firstly, the question doesn't make too much sense when you're already on the 
command line, RKWard should treat <ctrl>+<enter> like <enter> when the console 
is active -- right?

secondly, i find it odd that the command appears like it was executed (new 
prompt line and no error), but it wasn't. it's at least a bit confusing.
