[rkward-devel] plugin i18n in rkwarddev scripts

hi,

just recently i've added a copy of the 'update_plugin_messages.py' script to 
the rkwarddev package so it gets installed to $RLIBS/rkwarddev/scripts/. this 
made it possible to reliably call it in an R function, 
rk.updatePluginMessages(), so you can use that in rkwarddev scripts.

are there any reservations about having a copy of that python script in the 
package?
