[rkward-devel] RKWard presentation & new rkwarddev release

hi,

as mentioned earlier, we presented RKWard a few days ago at the TeaP (the 
second largest psychological conference in the german speaking area, although 
english is the primary conference language now). there was a symposium with 
five talks dedicated to R, and we started the session with RKWard (i stepped 
in, since unfortunately, thomas couldn't be there as planned). the room was 
packed with people standing, which was a bit of a pleasant surprise because we 
actually got the worst of all possible time slots: 9 o'clock in the morning 
after the conference dinner ;-) it went really well, we should do this more 
often to get more attention.

i didn't manage to get the new rkwarddev package released in time for the 
conference, but did so yesterday. it has quite an impressive number of changes 
and improvements, so i raised the version number to 0.07-1:

it's actually 0.07-2 already, because i forgot to replace all the obsolete 
sourceforge URLs.
