[rkward-devel] Header() function

hi,

using the JS Header() function with .level() in a plugin gives me an error. is 
that supposed to work this way? at least, it's how i've omplemented it into 
rk.JS.header(). looking at the function definition in common.js led me to try 
Header(<title>, <level>) instead, which of course work. if that's how it's 
supposed to be, i'd change rk.JS.header() accordingly.
