RKWard 0.6.0 does not support R 3.0.0 at all. you need to install RKWard 
0.6.1, either from source, or built for R 3.0.0:

the only pre-built packages for ubuntu 13.04 built against R 3.0.0 are 
probably the daily snapshots:
