[rkward-devel] windows quirks

[Enguerrand de Rochefort]

Hi,

I did not stay in the C:\Documents and Settings\username\.rkward
directory. I now tried and the file dialog opened without crash.
Only if I start in .rkward and then setwd("..") it crashes.
