[rkward-devel] RSS feeds for plugin packages

hi,

as a side-effect to a new feature i added to roxyPackage, our plugin 
repository now offers RSS feeds for newly build packages. they are generated 
from the ChangeLogs (ChangeLog -> NEWS.Rd -> NEWS.html -> RSS.xml), recent web 
browsers should detect them, e.g.:
 o http://rkward.sourceforge.net/R/pckg/rkwarddev/
