[rkward-devel] add docs to help menu

hi,

could you add the "writing plugins introduction" docs directly to the help 
menu somehow? i linked to the online version from the present RKWard developer 
help page in SVN now, but i guess it should be more prominent and easily 
accessible offline as well.
