It appears that the "katepart" component could not be found, then. katepart 
used to be implicitly available in kdebase, but apparently this is no longer 
the case in gentoo packages of kde 4.7.0. I see you have filed a bug about this 
in gentoo (https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=380761), already, and in 
fact, the fix should be to add an explicit dependency on katepart in the 
ebuild.

I have added a corresponding test and error message in the development version 
of rkward.
