ok, they're up now, if you'd like to try:

 install.packages("klausuR", repos="http://R.reaktanz.de/klausuR")
  or
 install.packages("koRpus", repo="http://R.reaktanz.de/koRpus")

the second one doesn't rely on third party tools anymore, i implemented a 
basic tokenizer in R in the meantime.

the plugin, however, hasn't learned about that yet.
