to be precise:
Contrary to what I had thought, these overrides were not being assigned to
globalenv() before, either. It's easy to get confused by the "<<-" operator.
In fact, I'm not even sure, whether having them in globalenv() would be good
enough.
Thus, also, rktest.resetEnvironment() was already broken, before. Not sure,
whether it ever worked the way it was meant to.
Still, it would be good (but not a high priority), if
rktest.resetEnvironment() could be used to restore a "normal" environment
after rktest.initializeEnvironment().
