[rkward-devel] update packages error message

Hi,
  I receive an error message when I try to update a package.

this is the output from the configure packages (update tab) tool:

Type 'contributors()' for more information and

'citation()' on how to cite R or R packages in publications.

Type 'demo()' for some demos, 'help()' for on-line help, or

'help.start()' for an HTML browser interface to help.

Type 'q()' to quit R.

this is the error message:

Error in download.packages(pkgs, destdir = tmpd, available = available, :

'destdir' is not a directory

Calls: install.packages -> download.packages

Execution halted

Installation process died with exit code 1
