Yes I am finished. I'll give it one more reading. If you don't get
anything from me by 11.59 pm CET (28th), then I don't have anything!

Yes, it is a bit long. I think it will be fine to remove the name of
the plugin map file, it need not be spelled out:

"Newly developed plugins are placed in a dedicated plugin map file.
Plugins in this map are not visible to the user by
default, but need to be enabled manually."

reads fine I think. If not, lets just go with the current long
sentence and we can modify once the referees get back (assuming they
do!).
