What is the case of Rgui.exe and Rgui.app? Should it get treated like
SAS/S-PLUS and hence \proglang-ed?

A separate question:
In Fig 12, we use "QtScript" but it is not mentioned anywhere else in
the text. Will it be better to replace "QtScript" by "ECMAScript
(QtScript)"?.
