correct. Or looking at it from another side, the idea is to make it as easy as 
possible to run make plugintests, so that many people will actually do that.

Well, yes and no. An indication of some sort would problaby be nice, as would 
be better options to show only a subset of plugins. However, it's quite benign 
to call a plugin without having all required libraries first. You will simply 
be prompted to install the missing packages, then. (In contrast, figuring out 
which package to install in order to enable a given plugin would seem rather 
tricky to me).

Well, I was thinking more about the effect of the shortcut, here, rather than 
the style of the shortcut. KDE's shortcut system is not really designed to 
support the latter, and so that is rather unlikely to happen anytime soon (not 
before there is support for that in kdelibs, at least).

True, but not for 0.5.3. Could you put that in the feature request tracker for 
now, if possible with a list of actions that you would like to see in the 
respective context menus?
