I've just set up the new status table on that page a few minutes ago, and this 
can likely be improved in several ways. Feel free to make modifications as you 
see fit. The key idea is to document the review process much better than we did 
before.

I've added it to the "Import Data" dialog (see SVN rev. 2653).
