Hi,

most likely all you need is another svn up. This was broken, briefly a few days 
ago, but should be fixed since r2673. See http://www.mail-archive.com/rkward-
devel at lists.sourceforge.net/msg00525.html . Probably you happened to make do 
your svn checkout just then.
