it's possible, that R.home('include') wasn't added before R 2.9.0 (too lazy to 
check, right now). So I've reverted the logic for that check on *n*x (Windows 
needs different code, which is why I changed this in the first place). Anyway, 
in current SVN, this should work again without any additional CMake options.
