i did not create help pages for all dialogs yet, i'll work on that. and 
well... i'm not that happy with the idea that a plugin invokes package 
installation directly, especially since rkward comes with a useful frontend 
for package management, don't you think?

so, i'd rather see something like a "use development repository" checkbox in 
the rkward repo configuration, to add R-forge there. it would be nice if the 
plugin could somehow check whether this repository is available (when it's 
needed), and come up with a message if it isn't.

i don't think this is a major issue now. but while R-forge will certainly 
attract more and more projects, it's probably worthwhile to discuss how to 
generally deal with it in the most useful manner.
