[rkward-devel] Bugfix release 0.5.0a

Hi,

due to the problem with no objects being selectable in most plugins at all, I 
have prepared a 0.5.0a bugfix release. See http://rkward.sf.net. There are 
virtually no other changes other than fixing this (only a minor adjustment of 
the cmake files).
