a frame editor does not show labels and data loss when editing data frame.

Data frame editor does not show variable labels in rkward 0.4.8. 

Also upon making changes in the data frame editor some of them are lost when 
you log out and relogin. 

I am using rkward 0.4.8 selfcompiled against R 2.6.0 libraries and g++-4.1 on 
i686 Kubuntu Gutsy.
